Serial entrepreneur and owner operator of a portfolio of innovative medical software and
medical device companies, serving a significant market share of US acute care and alternate
care provider organizations. Software engineer by training.  Ph.D of biomedical engineering and
computer engineering.

Chao Lee
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer

Tom co-founded Infulytics in 2015 with partner Chaoyoung Lee to enhance the value of health
care services, transform care delivery models and improve patient outcomes through
transformation of data into actionable knowledge. As Chief Medical Officer, Tom leverages his
clinical, research and informatics skills in pursuit of the company’s core objective with a
relentless passion. In addition to his role at Infulytics, Tom continues to practice anesthesiology
and pain medicine at Duke University Hospital in Durham, North Carolina.

Steve Watkins is the Executive Vice President and General Manager at ZynoSolutions and is
responsible for leading sales, marketing, business development, BioMed and developing the
future strategic vision for the company. Steve has over 35 years’ experience in the infusion
market. He has served as CEO of InfuSystem, President of Venture Medical, President of
Medical Reimbursement Solutions and Vice President of Aventric Medical. In addition, he has
served as both a consultant and member for multiple medical companies Board of Directors.

Executive Vice President

Dr. Yan is the Vice President of software at Infulytics.  In this capacity, James leads the R&D,
design and development of all software for the Company’s intelligent medication delivery
devices, and medical device connectivity platforms and related infrastructure.  Prior to joining,
James worked at Parametric Technology, Fidelity Investments, and was an assistant professor
at the University of California - Berkley.  James earned his PhD in Mathematics at Graduate
School of the City University of New York.

Vice President, Software

John is the subject matter expert on regional anesthesia, having over 20 years of experience
with ambulatory pain pumps and building continuous nerve block programs with centers across
the country. He launched the Nimbus PainPRO pain pump in 2016 and is leading all sales,
clinical education, R&D, and Marketing efforts for the new technology platform. Pooling
resources with key thought leaders and clinical advisors from hospital and surgery center
customers, John works with James Yan and the software development team to champion the
“Voice of the Customer” and continuously enhance the functionality of the platform.

Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Acute Pain Management

Gary Foster leads the establishment and management of external business relationships to
enhance the growth of Zyno Medical. His career has spanned a breath of senior leadership
positions in finance, business development, marketing, and general management in software,
services and medical device companies including COMSAT, General Electric Healthcare,
PatientKeeper, Foxboro (Invensys/Scheider Electric), and Wolters Kluwer Medical Research
(four of these positions at General Manager, President and CEO levels).  Gary earned his BA in
International Studies and Economics from American University, and an MBA at the Wharton
School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Fred is the Product Manager for the FamilyConnect App. Fred helps coordinate app rollouts and
monitors the satisfaction of live sites. Fred’s passion has been data collection to improve the
patient experience. Prior to the FamilyConnect team, Fred was a mobile app developer himself
and has a dual degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Systems Engineering from
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Bryan Montano is a Product Development Associate with experience working in the medical
device industry. Bryan specializes in managing the FamilyConnect mobile application and
ensures a high level of satisfaction is delivered to every customer. A strong believer in
improving patient healthcare, Bryan regularly works on internal processes to improve the roll-
out and implementation of our FamilyConnect application. Bryan enjoys watching Netflix but
can also be found enjoying the beautiful outdoors.

Di Huang is the Senior Software Engineer. In this capacity, Di is in charge of design and
development for the company's portfolio of software, intelligent medication delivery devices,
and medical device connectivity platforms. Di earned his Master in Computer System
Engineering at Northeastern University.

Gloria is the senior product development specialist for the Nimbus ambulatory infusion pump
series. Working with various departments, Gloria functions in a multi-disciplinary role which
addresses new feature feasibility and user needs assessments from both a clinical and technical
standpoint throughout all stages in developing Nimbus products. Prior to Nimbus, Gloria had
experience in troubleshooting and maintaining intelligent large volume infusion pumps. Gloria
earned her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering at Wentworth Institute of Technology, where her
achievements were recognized as she became the recipient of the Women in Engineering
Technology scholarship.

Implementation Coordinator

Maggie Horn is a health services and clinical informatics consultant for Infulytics. Maggie assists
with the FamilyConnect application development and refinement, collaborates with clinical
partners to determine use cases for the application and assists with implementation of the
platform with clinical partners. She also works with the team to disseminate findings and report
outcomes to stakeholders. Maggie is currently an Assistant professor at Duke University and
her work focuses on the use of predictive modeling to enhance clinical decision making by
leveraging clinical informatics resources. Maggie earned her DPT, MPH in Epidemiology and
PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Florida.
